| Kingston State Park is only 14 miles from the New Hampshire seacoast and is close to many attractions such as Canobie Lake Park, The Fox Run Mall, various antique shops, and fine restaurants. The park is 44 acres in size, and includes fireplaces and picnic areas, a playground, softball field, and three game areas for horseshoes and volleyball. Two bathhouses with dressing rooms and flush toilets are available for the 300 feet of swim area, with an extra 100 feet of tree line frontage. Kingston State Park accepts reservations for business parties, wedding receptions, kids groups, family functions, and other general gatherings. There is a non-refundable reservation fee - contact the park for details on reserving the group use areas. Kingston State Park is open daily from June 16 through September 3, 2007. Hours of operation are from 9:00am - 5:00pm, weather permiting. Admission is $3 for adults; $1 for children ages 6-11; children 5 and under and NH residents 65 and older are admitted free. Please be advised there will be no lifeguards on duty this season. |
